Anais doesn't really display any hugely anomalous properties other than a surprising knack for manipulation, but Darwin is able to magically sway others with just his cute appearance alone - and whatever you do, do NOT make him scream. Gumball himself... Oh man. I don't even know how to begin rolling up THAT downhill snowball. He's unleashed enough craziness that even Bugs Bunny would be impressed.

Anais is so desperate for friendship outside of her family that she can physically parasitize anyone unfortunate enough. When sufficiently angry, she displays feats of physical strength comparable to her mother. As a baby, she somehow managed to put her brothers in the middle of a highway in the span of only a few seconds.

It is not just manipulation. Anais is literally very intelligent, basically a child genius. She can be far smarter than a kid her age should be and may actually be smarter than even her parents. If she still was as rabid as she was when she was a baby, she'd be a handful. Thankfully she grew out of it, right?

The contingencies are for nonvillains. The whole point is that various things can cause heroes to become a threat, Mind control plots are extremely common in TV shows. It's like required for at least one episode during the show's lifetime to be a mind control plot. Or just a genuine psychotic break. Are the contingency plans limited to characters that specifically mention "earth" or seem to be an earth-like environment? If so, you should dig into the anime franchises as there are plenty of earthlings with devastating powers XD As an example, Ichigo from Bleach has enough power to blow up the moon just by swinging his sword and is invisible to anyone not sensitive to spiritual energy. Yusuke Urameshi is similar but can pretty much blow up the planet while having similar levels of durability(also, his attacks are invisible to anyone not sensitive to spirit energy). I'm not sure if the Gundam characters count given how far they are in the future but it's Gundam... Spiderman would probably be a good choice given it's been mentioned on multiple occasions that if he ever turned bad, he'd be the most dangerous villain in marvel. So many choices.
