If I was to do it again I would probably get a shorter version as 50 feet (25 feet each side) is a little long.

Hey Funk! I started using your workouts the last two weeks and I'm hooked. These battle rope workouts look great! I have been doing the alternate waves and the up & downs, but never knew of other exercises until seeing this workout. I can't wait to hit it hard at the gym tomorrow. I definitely have to try this out. They have battle ropes at the 24 Hour Super Sport where I live next to but didn't know what workouts to do. Anyways, I want to thank you, Funk for providing these intense workouts for me. I've lost 20 lbs, have chiseled muscle definition, and my esteem is shooting off the roof! This definitely has changed my life, for sure.

That's awesome bitethebullet187..definitely start using them. It will pretty tough to get through this on your first try as you will be training muscles that you probably are not used to, so do not get discouraged if you can't...but know that now you can work on getting stronger and better - Funk

For a beginner what do you suggest a good time would be? I true 30 sec and couldn't hang through all the variations. You rock. Your work outs make it less intimidating when training cause you kind of know what your doing after watching tour vids. Thank you.

Okaaaaaaaaay Ill give you an A plus on my funk mode but be careful pulling against the ropes. They should have some slack in them... Always remember the roller coaster drop off before you start your rope undulations ....And Funk master,I think you are ready for double ropes. Then and only then will you receive the honorary Funk Master BEAST mode.
