Hi Rob, I love your content .This is a bad ass workout for beginners. For the first attempt I got 2 rounds with a 30 sec break after each exercise and 2 minutes between rounds. Gotta be consistent till I go all three with no break between exercises just in rounds.

Crow BIZ I usually train 4-5 days per week mixing in Strength Training, Bodyweight Circuits, Sprint Intervals, Metabolic Resistance Workouts and abs and core - depends on my schedule and time..some workouts are literally only 15-20 minutes but they are intense - Funk

Hey Funk... how much HIIT is too much? Im running MWF and doing Krav and BJJ throughout the week (usually moderate intense class, more technique and some sparring) and I'm working on my pushups and pull-ups through out the week for a total of 4 days a week, lastly I try to do a full body lift routine like 1 to 2 rounds/sets to keep strength up. Where the hell should I put HIIT lol. I notice that HIIT helps me feel more springy and quick but I don't wanna feel washed up. thanks man. :)

+Angel Garcia That depends on several factors...your diet, your genetics, your age, your fitness level now and exactly what you mean by "ripped". This workout will mos def help you get there but your diet must be on point (DRINKS LOTS OF WATER) and you have to be consistent.

I am 19 and I started working out about 6 months ago. I have got good chest and arms for a 19 yr old but I can't get my lower belly brunt out.. Okay I have same,issue my general thing is I had a 6 pack at 16-17 and was bowed already but now I'm no longer fighting because of where I live I'm aiming to get bigger so well now I have a fat belly kinda so I still work my core and can plank longrr and do more sit ups than I could with,a 6 pack but I push my,calories to 4500 protein to 230-330 plenty of nontrans fats and then no lie I do meth and cardio every time I no I've made gains to lean back some

+Marlando Stewart There really isn't a right answer to this...but the best answer is whatever size/weight that challenges you...yet at the same time, you're able to get in a full workout. So don't go so heavy that you can use a particular weight for just 1 round... and don't go so light that you don't feel you're pushing yourself...find a happy medium. The only way to do that is trial and era.

This is glorious, I've been looking for "at home workout to get ripped" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Dondeline Yeyyan Domination - (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my buddy got great success with it.
