Plasmo: "This kit was a bit lacking in detail. so i scratch built a time machine, went back to the Philadelphia Experiment machine, duplicated and upgraded it to make copies of ships, went back to WW2, used the machine on the Yamato, went and built another machine to reduce the atomic space between particles, and shrunk the Yamato copy to 1/700 scale. Then added some photoetch and scratch built bits anyway" :D Epic build.

I commend you Sir !,,, You not only take the model and make it your own, but you bring the basics of Honor to the Yamato and its memory.. I am pleased you took your patience and your time and your life, and made a more realistic model of the famous Ship, instead of the standard everyone does.. I have two of them, the 700 and the 800 and plan to build them by my 70th year,, so I have 5 years to finish !! I also appreciate that when you were DONE, you were Not done yet,, you still found improvements and touch ups that met your eyes,,, I do the same as a perfectionist will strive to do,, this is Honorable and brings peace to you once you have fully completed the task !,, I have 3 Bismarks, one for a top diorama, one for a build and one for a "sunk" build,, and plan for them to be completed as well,, with a somewhat same taste as you have performed,.. I offer my respect and admiration for your work, and for your time and attention.. I have saved your video to help me, when I do my models one day,, A good day to you Sir,, May it bring peace and sunshine.... PS

I’m glad you mentioned how long it took you to build this, because I was really curious about that. ONE YEAR! Wow! I bet you WERE glad to finally finish this. Incredible job!

absolutely outstanding, i consider myself a decent modeler but my 350 scale yamato was less detailed than this 1/700 scale version. absolutely fantastic to watch!!!

thank you for building the ship that's ours ancestor's soul yamato is It was so long ago that the ancestors who lived in Japan called the country where they lived, rather than the name Japan. In other words, during the war our ancestors gave the ship the name of an old country. It's up to your imagination what that means

OMG, this is insane...and brilliant. For his next project, PLASMO is going to perform a thrombectomy and cerebral aneurysm repair. Should be easy compared to this! 😆

PLASMO is evolving even further and further. This amount of craftsmanship is unreal. I was watching this totally afraid I'd sneeze and ruin something.

That was insane. I'd be confined to the laughing academy if I attempted that project.
