Well it's about time. Humans are to blame. Stop over fishing put restrictions and let time and only time itself for the population to bounce back. Salmon were around for millions of years and if left unchecked can be extinct in less than a decade!

Really enjoy your vids. A couple tips that may help you when fishing for salmon: The first couple of bites you got we're not from salmon. Salmon usually do not bite he bait in half.. Salmon bites are usually scapes on the skin, but the bait is pretty much whole as evident from the first fish you boated. First two bites coulda been small sharks or kingfish. Also when fighting the salmon, if you turn the boat very slightly towards the side the fish is on, it will make it easier to fight it and net it. Basically the boat will be going in this big slow circle which will also keep the other lines in the fish zone. Keep up the good work.

Great vid man!! We set the dwnrggr line release tighter when fish come off. It's the initial jolt from the release that sets the hooks good. Don't see you guys hard setting the hook when getting the rod out either. Must do one or the other.

I’ve been binge watching your videos and i heard you mention a few times whether or not you want to use barbs hooks. I also have not seen you use pliers or locking forsnips, it will make it way easier to get those barbed hooks out if you use them.
