How many watched this era and found that when the worm was on the floor you simply could not take your eyes off him - despite M.J, Pippen, and whoever the star was on the other team. The best rebounder of that era (Wilt is the greatest rebounder) and top 3 defender in my book. The time he completely shut down a prime Shaq in the playoffs is the single greatest defensive performance in history - IMO
@peterstark45623 жыл бұрын
That's because he's a different kind of character. Colorful dyed hair, heavily tattooed, rebound king, great defender, hustle player, mind gamin agitator, you name it. He's a pure entertainer and we will never see anyone like him in the NBA esp with how the NBA has gone soft and leans more to offensive players. It will be boring if he's just another typical power forward scorer.

Rodman’s highlights show he was not a dirty player at all. All these players all took cheap shots on him. He was just too good and aggressive.
@joserezza033 жыл бұрын
He has these little "tricks" on defense; a small lock on the arm, disguised trips, just staying in front of you after the foul/play. Def one of those players you hate if you're on the other team, but love if he's on yours. Definitely one of the, if not the, smartest defenders all time.
@austonsmith5363 жыл бұрын
@@joserezza03 you notice how he does that weird leg lock when his guy is on the ground? Had Malone and him tripping over eachother's faux trippin' hahahaha... I think they both learned similar tactics from eachother. Sneaky elbows, act like you're losing balance and fall into eachother, all types of just really annoying ass shit. One of the funniest things I've ever seen in a game... it's on one of these Rodman highlight videos, him and some other decent power forward were going for a rebound and there's a foul, the other dude keeps his arm in the air as if he's acting all surprised on the call.... looks at the ref, Rodman's arm is still up as well and he notices the guy's not bringing his arm down, so he holds his arm up with the dudes and grabs the guy's hip and starts slow dancing with their arms in the air!!!
