Yep. I am bedbound now but before that I had limited mobility. I could walk ,maybe 5-10M without suffering crippling pain and muscle spasms. I had to produce reports from consultant surgeon and my GP along with my medications and an OT report to get my blue badge. This bloke made Linford Christie look like a snail when he ran from his car. I wonder what his disability is. He wasn't parked legally is he was using a disabled bay or yellow line as there was no clock on display. I hope this was reported to the council that issued that badge. There isn't a genuine blue badge holder in this country that could move at that speed. It makes my blood boil !
