Weyes Blood deserves more international recognition, she is an excellent artist. Maybe it's not a headliner, but happy to see her at this type of festival.

@@przemyslaw_polak_93 I like her older stuff too but it’s a bit different. Front Row Seat to Earth is a great album though, I’d recommend checking that next. Diary and Seven Words are my personal favorites off that one.

I think it’s nostalgia bias. No matter how perfectly you make ’20th century music’ in the 21st century, most people won’t admit that it’s on par with the original thing.

Never heard this artist or song til just now....proper blown away ...what a tone. Very similar to Karen carpenter. Something very soothing and nostalgic to it all . Maybe the flaming lips sound behind her ? Lovely

saw her a week ago at the colours festival in bexhill, before we went into the festival my Sister wanted to go for a swim, so I was just chilling on the beach and guess who walked past?! Weyes blood! Had a nice conversation about marine biology, gave her a dvd in which me and my Sisters had left some notes. he performance was amazing! listening to movies while they shone the wonderful blue lights on! what a performance! got the setlist as well! very cool :)

My flag of my 2 daughters is filmed so many times during this set. Best live act I have seen after the flaming lips. Weyes Blood got me through a mental breakdown and I will remember that moment forever. Love your music always and forever. Thank you!

Weyes Blood's Natalie is a deeply troubled soul. So troubled that she is actually very pure and honest. One of the things that keeps her going is that when she uses her vocal chords... such a beautiful and melancholy sound comes out that it consumes us all. And that, is how she likes it..!
