Great video. 2 of my favourite KZbinrs. Haven't tried brain in any form here however tried Cabeza Tacos, cow brain, when I was traveling around Mexico and while they weren't bad it's that texture and the way it looks I can't get around. Anthony Bourdain did an uncooked variety of it in his Chaing Mai Episode and said it was the best meal he ever had in Thailand.

Well, I was game for trying everything in Thailand, unless something I already have had and know I don'tlike.. SQUID OCTOPUS NAHHH Pig brain up north was served like a pattie grilled/fried with herb and spices, Pig Brain was actually okay... So next time we went to our northern thai Sausage and Tom sep restaurant they had Nua Brain... my ex-wife said in advance she not think I will like.. I doubted her... SHE WAS RIGHT! it's the one time I ever spat food out faster than it went in... I mean you'd think brain and BRAIN is the same thing right ???!! (whats most confusing is the pig that eats all kinds of shi8 has a brain far tastier than the ox that just eats GRASS FFS ... usually I comment at the end but at 02:43 I just had to type instantly, now let me watch the rest and enjoy your Prik bread/spicy bread I guess haha

Sure, usually at the start of the vids the picture pauses but the audio continues, when they match up again there's no delay between picture and audio but then it will do it again. But it seems to stop after the first few minutes. I use starlink so usually have more than enough speed for any HD quality. It has done it for the past maybe 4-5 releases you have put out. I thought maybe it was some kind of editing style which I found hard to watch it's kinda like it's buffering or something. Not being negative I like your videos just wondering if anyone else is having the same issue because other videos I watch on KZbin dont seem to do this. It could be on my end just thought I'd ask the question. Cheers@@keisone
