I ordered mine from Bissell but had to call customer support for it

I BOUGHT THE SPRINGS AND MY CYCLOMOP IS WORKING LIKE A CHAMP AGAIN, THE MOP HANDLE STILL LOSES THE TENSION AND IT GOES TO SHORT MODE REALLY QUICK BUT OH WELL, CRAZY GLUE WORKS GREAT TOO.
