Ingredients:
15-20 pieces…………….dried bamboo leaves
14 oz bag………………….tapioca pearls (small)- won’t use it all
1 pack……………………….sweetened red bean paste -won’t use it all
3 tbsp……………………….cooking oil
4 tbsp………………………..sugar
*serve with coconut cream/milk (optional/ highly recommended)

I can imagine the chewy texture of these little treasures. Love the way you portioned the red beans, less dishes to do 😲🤗. The coconut sauce with pandan and red bean paste are a match made in foodie heaven. I adore this recipe. I wonder if instead of water added to uncooked tapioca, what if you add coconut milk instead then soak for 10 minutes. Must be so fragrant...YUM YUM! Oh yea, your tapioca pooped 😲🤦‍♀️😍👍
