How Meteor Beam Revived Glimmora

Most people could see the dominant Pokemon of Regulation F coming from pretty far away. Flutter Mane? She's been ruling Generation 9 the whole time. Urshifu? Broken, obviously. Incineroar? Always has been, always will be. Glimmora, though?
After it was all but absent through Regulations D & E, Glimmora has become a key part of the Regulation F meta. But how did Glimmora get here, and why does it fit so well into this new and extremely powerful metagame?

It's always Base Power or Accuracy that holds Rock types and there moves back Meteor Beam itself even has the charge turn without the power herb as it's own drawback Rock really needs its own Blizzard/Hurricane/Thunder 100% accurate weather move or Solar Beam/Electro Shot quick charge in weather move

Meteor Beam has a charge turn and still could miss (90%) accurate Power Gem is the closest thing out there (100% accurate 80 Power) but the distribution is poor.

It's especially egregious when you consider Electro Shot does everything Meteor Beam does, but without the lowered accuracy AND the benefit off instantly charging in rain.

You see Toxic Debris and Mortal Spin and think Glimmora's a defensive mon. So, what's its attack stat? 130 SpA!? Yeah, Glimmora always had potential to come back with a good Rock STAB.

I think what makes glimmora so good is that meteor beam outspeeds Pokémon can one hit many top tiers and it raises it special attack in one stage but of course you need the power herb item to be able to do that in one turn. It’s moves like earth power and spiky shield make it a staple on many vgc formats and it’s typing is solid because you can do a grass tera to remove many of its weaknesses and most importantly you don’t get spored which is huge when you have to deal with amongus. Best of all it’s a solid counter to incineroar who’s ability intimidate only lowers the physical attack stat which Glimora is not a physical attacker but a special attacker and finally it’s one of the mons that can one shot the goat of Pokémon if it the cat does not Tera so it should be respected even if it’s on regulation g it’s just people have not figured out the evs to make it viable for the restricted format.

Let's be real, so long as Urshifu is here to Surging Strike/Close Combat and Incineroar is here to be the better Fire Type, Heatran is gonna struggle. Why choose a bulky Fire Type when Incineroar is right there on 70% of all teams.
