Hi everyone...who else can feel their biceps after yesterday? And today it’s lower body...it’s the only lower body session of the week so we can afford to work hard today...mind you when do we not work hard! Have a great workout everyone! Matthew PS...Hi Caroline...all finished and once again I really enjoyed this! Certainly hot and sweaty at the end..and it’s a good cardio workout too. I used either 20 kg by adding my 12 kg kettlebell to an 8 kg dumbbell or 2x8 kg for all moves. As my weights were a bit lower than yours I used my yoga block for all the lunges and the heel raise squats in the finisher! Did the 15 min RDL add on at the end just to finish off my hamstrings! Hey there Ms.Caroline, u know I am a 18 year old girl who used to do workouts just to lose body weight,just to stop hearing all those critisism everyday.I used to do those 10-15 min hiit types of workout.But now I don't care about others except how my body feels,is it getting strong or not.Just started your beastmode series and seriously I can't even do a pushup fully😅😅.But still I am following your programme with so much excitement 🤩🤩hopefully someday I will also get strong as you. Hi Shiuly...it’s so lovely to read about how positive you now feel about exercise and that you do it for yourself not for what anyone else thinks! That is so good! For push ups try doing them with your upper body raised e.g. hands on a chair. That makes the easier. Then you can progress to doing them with your hands raised less and less e.g. a low table and before long you’ll be doing a full push up! Then you’ll never look back! Have lots of fun on your fitness journey! Matthew

Done all of Caroline's programs several times over, I thought iron series was my favourite however now I'm back doing beast mode I can confidently say this is my favourite! I love everything about it. Since starting with Caroline on her very first upload I have gained so much strength!! Started off with 6kg weights now today I used one 25kg weight and x2 17.5!!! Such an achievement! Not only that but I run 10k once a week and have ran in a few running events completing 3 10k runs and 2 half marathons! I'm a different person! 44kg of weight lost built serious muscle, fitter than I've ever been. Sad there have been no uploads in a while however there is more than enough content to get on with! Thank you Caroline for everything ♥️

This is what I need. A lower body workout that I can use for ultra distance and Time Trials in cycling or running. @@anthonycraig274 Actually he's the reason why I acknowledge how important it is to master calisthenics and bodyweight over just going for heavy lifts. I would also recommend Ivan Djuric who helped me with loosening up tight adductor muscles and my overall mobility. ATG is my fave squat. I do it everyday. Cheers!

I totally agree with the comments that you become the person in your mind first, then physically. And that's a secret of energy transformation. Now I look at how much my body has changed since I started and the progress is immense. As well as I used to hate leg days and now I enjoy them. And the Bulgarian lunges too!!! Now when I feel how each muscle works it is priceless experience! I also used the hardest dumbells, 11 kg each and 22 total for sumo squats. The workout was super pumping! Thank you so much ❤️

I think this BEASTMODE series is my favourite among your workouts Caroline! I really like this 4 sets structure, it makes the whole process faster for me. Also, an important thing I noted during the last few sessions I did: workouts are soo much better with doing a warmup beforehand, even though they make me a bit more "tired". But thats just an illusion. When I stopped doing them in the last few months, everything was worse. So I will do my warmups. 😌

Who would have thought 16 months on with Cx I would be using the 2 x 20kgs for the Sumos, Holds, and the RDLs and 20kg on the Bulgarians and the Lunges. So impressed how this training has really strengthened my legs. The BWs were tough especially those lunges but all done and I can say I really enjoyed the focus, pace and the weights.
Caroline I matched your weights yesterday!!! I did way fewer reps than you, but I'm so happy! My arms are still sore though, so at least we have a day for them to recover. Thanks for the workout!

Before this workout, I thought my legs were superrr strong. I play on three different field hockey teams (two of which I am captain of), and if you know anything about field hockey, you know there is a lot of leg strength involved. However, this workout destroyed me. I can usually make it through full leg workouts no problem, but this made me SUFFER. I loved it and will continue to do this twice a week. Thank you!

Hi Caroline - Hi Everyone. I love lower body. This was intense and will feel it tomorrow (if not 11am today). Love working out with you in the gym as I can use heavier wts than i have at home. Still a long shot from yours but really feel the beast mode showcases how far we have come - I feel strong and confident in the moves and know where to push myself. One dodgy knee holds me back a little bit. But I too used my yoga block to get the depth without straining too much (see Matthew did too!). As always the music, setting and your expertise just makes for a great work out. Have a great day everyone !

What a good one! Could definitely feel my upper body from yesterday when holding the dumbells low. Loved it and surprised at how much I've started to enjoy Bulgarians. Never ever thought I'd say that 😂 Think the hardest round was the half rep sumo squats. Not sure if it's because they were towards the end or the constant tension. Loved it. This beast series feels like the whole package in many ways with repetition, tempo, unilateral, BW…so, lots of variety within a repetitive sequence. For me, this legs day was especially spot on. Most challenging were the Lunge Holds and the Static Lunges. If this one was an hour long, I would not have complained! And, yes, my back and biceps are feeling yesterday too. Still loving all the new & different music, and I don’t mean just Beast music…it’s all the music since the beginning of Epics. I would still be listening to all my old stuff if it wasn’t for Caroline (maybe her husband has a hand in that music selection too?).

That was a of lunges my legs hate me. I had to drop to body weight a few time but really glad I done it. My arms really felt the strain as well after yesterday back and bicep workout. Thanks Caroline

I almost didn’t make it all the way to the end. Had to pause more than once. I will be lucky if I can walk up and down the stairs at work the rest of the week. Thank you from the deepest part of my heart, just what I needed today!

When I read the synopsis this morning and saw the number of Bulgarian lunges I decided this was the day to desensitise myself to this exercise. Just get on and do it I told myself, up your weights and crack on! Did it work? 🤔🤔. Yep it did 💯✅. Caroline, thank you for this amazing workout for the lower body totally enjoyed it, I upped the weights for all the exercises proud of 15.5kg for the sumo squats and 8.8kg each hand for all the rest 👍💪🙂.

Loved this, had to adapt the workout with one 20KG and one 16KG kettlebell but it was totally possible to do so and my muscles were shaking by the end of it. Thanks Caroline. Please come back and do more kettlebell workouts please! xx

This workout will kill our lower body but our legs will definitely feel amazing after this! I have a friend doing EPIC Heat and she reached day 25 yesterday which is an emom HIIT. I did it with her and it was lots of fun! Have a great session everyone!

Update for Re-Do after Epic Endgame: Wow. This one about killed me this time around. I realized how much stronger I am. I'm getting deeper in my lunges. THAT is huge due to hamstring tear a few years back. I'm lifting more weight this time around too. Last time done: I loved this. Thanks Caroline.
