I love that you're not afraid of doing sets and repetitive moves.. so many people complain about them and most KZbinrs avoid it in fear of losing subscribers who complain.. but people who really want to see results know that sets and repetitions are necessary to see results. ❤ forgot to switch out of my son's account when I posted this, my name isn't Matthew 😅

Sweating…. I love her workouts. Not a bunch of talking + cheering. A hand countdown, music w/ a brief VISUAL tutorial prior to each exercise. Perfect 👍.

I can't tell you how much I value this as well. That's one of the MOST annoying things about online work outs. Caroline has the formula. I need my own music. So I can glance up and see what's up ... SO VALUED!

Must say i cant do workouts where the trainer talks all the time. So i really appreciate the instructions before starting and the tips in writing. You truly are excellent

But, if she needs to stop, like most of us do, here and there, she does!!!! I’m doing this series for my 4th time I think! Waiting until cooler weather to get her app!!! Have followed her since the start and in 30 yrs of exercising, I’ve never been this strong or had this definition!!

This is the first time ever that I could complete a BEAST series workout. This is special beacuse I did it after an exhausting 24 hour shift in hospital in Trauma Care setting, and I was just not being able to relax and was still carrying the emotional baggage of such duties. But, at the end of an hour (the time it took me to complete this after multiple pauses), I feel positive and happy again.

Another super efficient workout in 45 minutes! No need to do another session on the same day to finish off. That's what AMAZING with Caroline !!! THE BEST !!!

hey caroline! wow, this was the most fun I've had in a while! I felt REALLY strong today, recently I've been struggling to increase my weights and didn't really know the cause, but today I increased by 2kg on my deadlifts and my hipthrusts with my usual weight almost felt easy.. it still burrrrneed in the end and I'm so happy with this session

Yaaaaas I’m using 25 lbs my highest weight I have and now it feels too easy I need a heavy dumbbell but they’re expensive 😭

@@ceeemi8544 I feel your pain when it comes to that expense do you know what I resorted to? I add ankle weights to my wrists for that extra weight. I know it isn't much, but it is better than nothing

Its a lovely sunny Saturday here in BC Canada, Caroline and I’m aching to get out and enjoy it - but ALWAYS first, in the wee hours I rise with the sun and meet YOU for a wonderful session to set myself up for whatever the day brings. Amazing!!! Caroline's lower body ones take me a lot of extra time, but upper body I manage to get through without breaks 😅 I thought my lower body was stronger than upper, but I guess not 🤣

I was only going to do the hip thrusts and stop. But I kept going and glad I did. At my age I thought it might be too much but with some adaptation I managed it. Felt really good afterwards. Thank you Caroline.

This workout is 🔥🔥🔥🔥 i would venture to say that this one is one of the more demanding/advanced glute/hamstrings workout by Caroline. So so so good!

Yay! Getting stronger moved up to 45lb for all the single dumbbell exercises. And the 24kg kettlebell is starting to get easier for the hip thrusts. 👏😘💚 love you Caroline.

A good, solid, glute workout. Loved the staple and felt good so solely work the glutes and hamstrings without the quads kicking in. The thrusts at the start felt never ending. Loved it. Give myself a few mins to cool down then do the add on. Thank you ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hamstring thrust staples - gorgeous burn! Beast series' repeated sets are incredibly effective in terms of endurance and strength development, they are tough! Ive been following the beast mode w/out for 3 weeks now. Not only have i seen physical improvements,no matter how small they are, my mental eell being has changed and im always looking forward to my 3 am workouts. (Cardiac monitor techs 3rd shift 6 days a week) My energy levels have improved drastically and my stress levels have gone down .. thank you

This looks super hard! I’m ready, let’s do it!💪🏻 Update: I did it! As I had predicted, it was a burner!🥵 All the hip thrusts at the beginning tired the glutes and hamstrings out, so it was a challenge to get through. Now my entire leg is sore. Quads, glutes and hamstrings. I think the rest day tomorrow will be needed.😂

These beastmode series are the best, after each workout i feel specific muscle group sorness and somehow i feel myself much stronger in the middle of the workout. ❤ Repetition, for real, is the key. Btw, today i still felt part of my legs/booty from monday's workout, from when i did stable lunges with 24kg kettlebell and lateral lunges with 11kg dumbell, and when doing thrusts, i think it was much easier to do them. Absolutely loved the start of the workout today and, of course, the rest as well.

Glutes are one of the most important group of muscles to engage whenever you move your body inorder to lessen the load on other, weaker smaller muscles. I expect this to be a spicy workout. Anticipate the burn from muscles that you need to work on🔥

I've recently become aware of some inefficiencies in my form so I spent a big chunk of this workout really trying to focus on different cues and trying to teach my muscles to do the same movements sligtly differently. It is proving quite challneging, but I'm hoping that doing this will translate to more longevity of movemnt and less discomfort in future. It's tough because my body is so used to certain movement patterns, but I'm hoping to see some improvemnts in alignment and strength. Thanks a mill, Caroline! This was a tough one.

Good morning everyone! Yesterday's upper body session was killer... this series has been very intense and fun so far! This hamstrings and glutes workout is definitely going to be the highlight of my week as it is full of my favorite exercises. This looks absolute burner for glutes and hamstrings!!! After yesterday's fiery upper body session which I could still feel in the arms🔥🔥 I am really looking forward to do this in the evening.. I just wanted to thank you, you are doing God's work! I've been following you for a few months now and I can confidently say you changed my workout game and life. I feel much stronger and happier. I've been really enjoying this series so far and I'm really feeling the burn. Usually with lower body workouts i don't feel the burn right away but I just know I'm not going to be able to walk tomorrow! Sending love 💕💕

Starting off with 10 minutes of hip thrusts definitely got the glutes burning. Squat to RDL was the most challenging exercise. 31 minutes of hard work!

It annoyed me a lot when doing endless hip thrusts at the beginning because my weights are heavy...But I really appreciate it now when looking at my pump in the mirror. Absolutely one of the most intense and effective at-home glutes workout. Thank you!

I ALWAYS feel like I've done a workout with Caroline's workouts, which I've not really had with anyone else's videos on KZbin. I love how there's a brief demo/description of how to do the different workouts beforehand and the countdowns etc. I feel good about myself and can see a difference, especially in my arms (I have always hated my noodle arms, so it's nice to actually see a bit of muscle and definition!). Caroline, your workouts are the best in my opinion! It's not often you see a woman who looks great all over rather than just a massive booty lol. Thank you for being so inspiring! ✌🏽

This was so great targeting the glutes and hamstrings! Loved the add on without the weights and was able to slow it down concentrating on my form!
