Recently, a new trick was discovered called "Overworld Portal Coordinate Displacement," which basically displaces the destination coordinates of an overworld portal. If the displacement is >9007199254740992, you will be sent to X=0, Z=0 in the End dimension. Y is always the highest block coordinate, which is almost always the top of the end portal. This trick works because of the way overworld portals calculate the destination coordinates. When you step into the portal, it multiplies your current coordinates by 8 and sets that as the destination. If you move around, your coordinates change, thus changing the destination coordinates. For some reason, moving your camera extremely fast causes the destination coordinates to be multiplied by 8. You can repeat this to multiply your destination coordinates as many times as you want.

You can do a Black Yoshi skip without a TAS iirc, but that leaves about a 50% chance for the memory overflow causing Black Yoshi to spawn outside Minecraft instead. Not worth the risk.

You could also just grind 10 Electrium bars from Zapbats in the Acacia Cave biome. They can be used to craft the Scrolls of Lorentio, which allows you to avoid the incredibly low drop rate!
