@0biwan774 жыл бұрын
It’s not just the Beatles. At least one of the featured vocals is not a Beatle at all. It’s probably Gerry Marsden of Gerry and the Pacemakers, possibly Billy J Kramer. At this time when recording contracts were being signed and first albums being made, the Liverpool bands were known to help each other out in the recording studio. I know the Beatles sometimes helped out on tracks they had given away. Don’t know what they might have done on covers, such as this, which were plentiful on all their first albums. What I do know (by ear not info) is that one of the key singers in this unusual arrangement is not George.
