Glad you enjoyed it! Most make me dizzy also, it's because they use the wide angle on their phone and move too fast. I had to keep reminding myself to not more quickly and turn too fast. The house is in Mirabella Sannitico. But the owner contacted me and it's already under offer.

I totally do also. It's hard to find garages in older villages because they were built before cars. We were so lucky that the place next to our house was a garage and was for sale shortly after we moved it.

Yes, it's not unheard of to take everything that isn't structural. You would have to state what you what them to leave in the offer. Kitchen here are more like Ikea and can be removed pretty easily. We were lucky that the people we bought from left everything. We bought our house from the US without a visa. You just need a codice fiscale. Lately I feel like I am walking so loud and heavy even in our house. LOL. I would have to have the refrigerator hinge the other way also. You can see in the video I try to open it that way. There is a train station in Campobasso but not in that town that I know of. Also the trains currently are being converted to electric so they stop at Isernia now.

Thanks but I think it depends on what you are looking for and it's just the starting price. I will say that those windows and doors are top of the line and not cheap. I wish our doors and windows were wood.

Loved watching the showing but please mention the price before not after. This house does not a terrace. More a Juliet than a terrace which is usually larger this is so tiny you cant put even a little table. Price is high for the area without outside space to enjoy. Not close to the sea either.
