Ok, this is only the second of your videos that I have watched , but I too would give you an 11. I am often quick to think I wouldn’t do it that way, but (yet another but) I think you did a really beautiful job on this piece. I would be proud to own such a knife. The scales were a master stroke! The color and the complexity of the material really complement the brass and bright ware in the knife. I gather you do not sharpen these knives rather leave them less lethal so that they may be touched without fear of injury. I see a box full of future projects, and thanks to this one, look forward to another beautiful and surprising outcome.

I really like the colors within that new bakelite. I will say that the knife looks older than the 1970s. I honestly was thinking the late 1940s or very early 1960s. Either way I give you a 12 out of 10.

I’m with Knife Knut I would give it way higher than a 10. I’m not sure I would have trashed it but it would have been in a box rusty until my kids put me into a home for the old. You should show some of the places your items end up. I know you said many are in museums.
