So true. When I was young I was naturally slim and beautiful with zero effort-the ease of youth LOL! But as I age…the ability to look beautiful comes with great effort and I think that says something about women who invest in that. Anyone can be young and beautiful….but to be approaching 50 and turning heads…now that’s something to behold! Let’s get busy ladies!!

Until I started watching your videos, I felt bad and depressed 😔 ☹️ 🙁 😢 about myself , because I don't feel like the prettiest woman in the world, but, since I've been watching these videos I'm coming more into myself - as myself. I've started eating healthier foods, I cut out all dairy , pork , red meat , and carbs and got on a Keto diet and began working out every single night - the minute I get off from work , I go straight to the YMCA ( it's cheaper than a regular gym) and work out and I've lost almost 36 1/2 pounds in three months , I've started having my hair , nails, and feet done once a week and now , I've thrown out most of my baggy , Thrift Store, yard sale , hand-me-downs and ill-fitting clothes and started ordering and buying clothes from stores like Kohl's ( where I work , anyway) , and "designer mark-down websites ) , and I've started going to Spelman University online for a Master's Degree in Broadcast Journalism and a Minor in Creative Writing and Interior Design and Art ) , and now , I feel stronger , healthier , smarter , sexier , and I've even gotten back into the dating scene again and at 48 , I've found myself again. Thank you , for all of your videos and please keep them coming , because they're inspiring and inspire me to better and grow within myself again. God Bless you 🙏.

Dont be to hard on yourself, the body and mind needs different stuff when you are pregnant and after and you should honor that. I have to say I had the same, also with dressing up, I coudnt do it.. all the steps the picking of a good outfit it was so hard and nothing was comfortabel. So I figured out that dresses worked well for me! I got myself some beautiful dresses and some small heels and a good coat and that made it verry easy. Because it took allot less time then a pantalon a under shirt a blouse a blazer and high uncomfortabel heels. And what really kept me mentally oke was therapie, having a hour a week, to talk and feel myself, to work on myself. Motherhood is beautiful but its hard and sometimes you feel like you are failing, and then having a professional to talk to can really help. You are a beautiful women and you will make a wonderfull mother. ❤️

One of the things I have found is that you cannot be knowledgeable about each and every subject matter under the sun, and when you meet people who are in a field or are talking about subjects that you are not familiar with your best bet is to be a sponge. Listen, ask questions just always stay inquisitive people are passionate about what they do always love sharing knowledge and will be impressed by your thirst for knowledge, and will deem to be a person who takes interest in others it can help you make new acquaintances. I can say I am somewhat educated but not as many other people, but I have never felt intimidated in any room. If I do not know I ask, I learn and it just adds to my library of new things I have learned.

Anytime... It's an oldie but a goodie... read it with an open mind. The Rules, Ellen Fein and Sherrie Schneider. I believe they have a new edition too. Being mysterious is dealing with your baggage, confusion, stress, and other personal challenges with a therapist/ coach. Implementing solutions that serves you; not disregarding or ignoring or avoiding personal pains... deal with it and always do your best. Though your partner may be able to handle your "stuff" that doesn't mean you always need to dish it out to them. Find support groups to help you find solutions and become more confident in areas you believe you need improvement. Another book recommendation, would be The Four Agreements.

I need most help with pilar 2. It’s easy to say that we can start doing things differently, but when something has been embedded in you from being raised a certain type of way, or from having to learn to deal with certain circumstances, and being in survival mode for so long, we need a real blueprint or instructions on how to reshape our mindset, and how to even identify what thoughts or feelings may not be serving us if that’s all we know, sometimes we don’t even know if it’s wrong.

Brilliant channel with great content. I subbed right away. I'm working on all pillars and it's so empowering. I love the way you articulate and you're bringing something fresh and new which makes you unique on these KZbin streets. I especially liked no 4 , 5 and 6. You really educated me with those❤

The pillar I’m struggling with is Mystery I over share way to much definitely looking to master that one in 2023 n in my life. I’m most excited about pillar #2. Building and developing my personality as well as my mentality and mannerism. I definitely want to decrease a-lot of negative traits I have that aren’t benefiting me. Lastly Intelligence. I want to have better knowledge of how people work, I feel like this would be extremely beneficial to my relationship and career and feeling more confidence when interacting with others.

I've been here before, and yes it hurts not having "friends" you can call or go out with. However I don't do gossipy people who talk smack about others: not interested in being a mean girl or nurse.

Love everything you've shared and your voice above all. Took my notes on the side and I will be taking a look at them everyday. My favorite are the appearance, the mystery and the intelligence pillars. It's always fun and feels good to learn something new especially when it adds or changes one's life in a better way. I mostly struggle with the personality part if you could make a lot of videos around it that'd be great. Thank you so much♥️
