i know this was posted ages ago but I rlly like how he shows us the real diet, instead of putting up some fake, unattainable thing. It shows ppl that they can eat healthy and still enjoy things that they rlly love that may not be quite as healthy. Many ppl are almost killing themselves with their diets thinking they have to eat ‘perfectly’ all day every single day and that’s just not the case. And it will make you miserable. And many other youtubers push this ‘perfect diet’ which simply is not possible to follow long term. I’m rlly glad you show the real side of eating healthily rather than the glammed up version- it is so much more motivating and inspiring. Thank you!!!

@erockthehorse6 жыл бұрын
Robin Danielsson to get 7% body fat like Ronaldo u multiply ur weight by 12 to get the calories u should consume a day then take 30% of that then divide that by 9 and I'll get how much grams of fat u should consume a day Ur weight is how much grams of protein u should consume a day (Ex: I weigh 119.4 pounds so I should consume 119.4 grams of protein a day) but none of that matters if u don't workout a lot

I know you've been playing different positions a bit but who are some of your favourite rightbacks to watch, analyze and model your game after? Would you rather be a wingback in a back 5? Do you think about switching position much, maybe being a right centre back (potentially in a back 3(which I know sometimes right backs do) , with your aerial skills? or going back to playing on the wing?
@AD-mp6wl6 жыл бұрын
Caleb McIntosh I know i'm not matt but hopefully you'll appreciate my input so: I'm personally not a rb but as long as you support a relatively good team then they should be fine to watch( i tried analyzing random games and whilst it worked my heart wasn't in it) Another thing is to compare players in the same position based on how they play and how good they are For me being a liverpool fan ot would be taa and clyne both are great rb but taa offers that bit more going forward whilst clyne holds back a bit more in the current system we use i prefer taa because he's there for overlaps but being young he's occasionaly caught out of position etc Anyways i'm rambling at this point but i hope you get the gist
@TunnelvisionC6 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the reply. I'm also a liverpool fan. Love TAA's crossing, still not sure his future is 100% at rb though as people have been talking about him as a midfielder for a while now. I feel like the gergenpress system kind of has different demands of a rb (and a lot of positions) than a more "normal" system would so it might be a little niche, if that makes sense?
@AD-mp6wl6 жыл бұрын
Caleb McIntosh yeah makes total sense ive heard about him being a midfielder as well but honestly i dont see it happening soon were looking pretty strong in that department rn Personally i think fabinho will make a massive difference i did see milner dropping back and filling in for the fullbacks but hes getting on and fabinho is a lot more comfortable on the ball for me but milners passing is superb either way its gonna be an interesting season
@TunnelvisionC6 жыл бұрын
Yeah exciting season. Agree with you on Fabinho also interesting example of a kinda tall rb changing position
