@@bayareawilson the lessons here are gonna take you years to learn to be honest if you fully grasp the ideas. I would say the next video would be the flow of the transaction. from when buyer has agreed to take the deal up to the closing or the CRM or any good lenders specific for first home buyers and or investor buyers.

We don’t use it. As long as you have meeting of the minds with the consumer and put pressure on providing value, they’ll end up working with you. Also, the bigger your pipeline, the more it doesn’t matter if one person chooses not to work with you so focus on building a big pipeline :)
