Beef and Swiss Cheese Panini

This being summer and too warm to cook, I've been exploring more sandwiches. Panini fascinate me. For this simple sandwich I used roast beef and Swiss cheese. Some people would garnish this sandwich with horseradish or mustard, but I like some foods plain. Also, these simple videos are helping me learn a new version of some video software I am using.
There is no recipe for this panino on my web site. This is simply bread, meat and cheese.

It looks good. It was nice to learn the temperature you used for toasting. Induction cooking helps us to understand heat better. When I first started cooking I had no idea what medium high meant on my electric resistance stove. It took a lot of experimentation and I never did feel like I nailed it. When I got my induction unit I started cooking chicken breasts at 360 F, now I’ve bumped it up to 375 F. It would be interesting to learn your temperature settings for different uses as you make more videos using induction.

I went through the same issue with temperatures. My induction cooker shows the temperature and the heat. I laminated a small chart that I keep above my stove to eliminate guessing. 77 - 140 Low 141 - 200 Warm 201 - 250 Simmer 251 - 280 Medium 281 - 320 Sauté 321 - 375 Medium-High 376 - 430 High 431 - 482 Sear Now if a recipe says to cook something over medium heat, I know how to set my cooker.
