Beer Hot Dog Chili Recipe!
I put the words (Or Less) by the ingredients that
will reduce the heat alot... for folks that don't like it spicy!
1 lb. browned and drained burger
1/4 cup sweet onions
1 tsp. red pepper flakes (Or Less)
1 tbsp. black pepper (Or Less)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tbsp. chili powder (Or Less)
1/2 samall can of tomato paste
2 tbsp. brown sugar
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
10 can of (MILD) tomatoes and chilies (Drained) (Or Less)
1/2 bottle of your favorite beer. (Or Shotgun Red Wine)
Simmer for 30 to 40 minutes (Or More)
Enjoy!

@@CookingwithShotgunRedI am 38 now and I have fond memories of watching the Statler Brothers and the grand ole opry and Ralph Emery show with my Grandparents who are both gone now and it was always my favorite when I would see shotgun Red come on. Thats 1 thing i like And I really also like the way he always would change his voice when he would talk to you and talk to you just a littlenicerthan everyone else. He always be kind and respectfull and would always be so thankful of your help and always let everyone know you were the best and that you really made him happy. He was a true gentleman and they don't make them like that anymore.

Horrible news that he is gone. I watched so many of his videos after 2018 and had no idea. I just commented 2 weeks ago thinking I was messaging him. I was on a paddle boat on the Mississippi river in 1995 and enjoyed his show comedy show. Sheila we all miss him. Steve’s brother has a great channel too if you like gardening.

Sorry for the typo error, I fixed the hot dog's (boil) winter in Ohio, the way Steve said- was perfect 👌 another great tip from the man. The 6 min. Dog sounds like a great combination with this chilly. It's great to look some of the recipes up, thank you she-she 💋
