。。i stan too many groups Make sure you choose the best time of the day when no guests will disturb you , nor your schedule will. Or else it ruins the workout. For me , its always 5 in the evening. As per my experience her workouts r really effective for me, as you can see I didn’t progress much when compared to others well thats because i ate everything i wanted too😂 with no control in my diets. I found it hard too at the beginning to stay consistent to it. But I’ll be honest take a pic of yourself before starting the workout that’s day1 and continue working out for atleast two weeks (that’s the amount of time u need ,inorder to notice changes) and on 14th day take a pic of your body. Once you see the differences you’ll keep going !! 😎 thats how it work for it. So all i can say is that Go for It !!! 🤩 you’ll see the progress.. Just make sure even on your lazy days , u workout for 10-15mins atleast ☺️

I have done your 4 weeks transformation challange. I lost 3 kgs.I am so so so happy!!!!!!! @@BCSAnamikha In the morning ,1glass lemon water with honey , oats and 2 dates. 1 boiled egg for snacks. At lunch, 1cup rice,vegetable,fish and some lentil. Actually I did not take snacks in the evening every day, but when I felt hungry I ate an apple. At night, 1 cucumber,1 orange and again some boiled vegetables. HOPE THAT HELPS😊😊😊

You know for the 4 weeks program full body can u do them early in the morning like at 5:30am or at 6 am and then after that rest your body for the whole day

Last September I started at 65kg and in October found out Emi's Best plank workout for smaller waist and lost about 10kg by April and I wanted to loose more and I started doing Best 15 day lower and and intense belly fat workout and 10 minutes leg workout (but worked out about 2 to 3 days a week )and now I weigh 52 kg and I have no lower belly fat and have 11 line abs.👍 All the thanks goes to emi👏👏❤

@@gemmabearson9500 Yes. Add more protein and vegetables to the diet and reduce the fat and carbohydrate intake up to 40% for each meal. Make sure to have all 3 meals and take only fruits as snacks inbetween . Have a big breakfast,normal sized lunch and a small dinner. Drink plenty of water and don't drink fruit drinks. No sweets, fast food, sugar .

Because of Emi's programs I really really saw so much improvement in my body. I had so many outfits that I hated to wear because they never looked good on me. But now I love wearing all those outfits again. Thanks to Emi, her charisma, her motivation and of course her workouts it's been so easy to stick with my fitness goals. I feel like I'm the best and happiest version of myself now that I have made fitness and health a part of me. Thank you Emi and I wish you success in all your work!

@@babymochii5999 i did the exercise for a month losing around 3-4 kg. But i also had to have a limit on sweet things. So I usually ate one or two a week. Don't worry tho. After a week or so, the exercise became a bit easier for me :)

Dear ladies, If you want to start exercising on a certain day or date and your period suddenly comes to not feel that you can't exercise while you have it. I see a lot of people who say "when you want to exercise but then your period comes" you are stronger! You can do it! Happy exercising everyone, I hope you all reach your goals

Hi Emi! I'm 14 years old and today I just finished the 1st week of your 4 week transformation program. I have to say that these programs are truly so much fun to do because it alternates and everyday there's new workouts to do. So far after just these 7 days my body feels amazing and I feel very confident. For results: I've seen my arms look slimmer, lost quite a good amount of belly fat, and my back looks great! My legs will get there soon too, I'll keep trying and will definitely to your 15 day ab challenge and 21 day leg challenge when I'm done with this. I wish I could show u the results but I'm actually muslim😅. I hope you also make an arm transformation challenge too because my arms are literally the worst and they completely disfigure me. As well as that, I have one more request: Is there anyway u can maybe upload a workout to slim down and elongate neck muscles? Of course, do it in your own time beacuse u already do so much for us, and I rlly appreciate that thank you so much🥰. I love you Emi! Sorry if this comment was too long😂

I have been following 4 week challenges program for past 7 days. I have lost 1.4kg and reduced 5cm for the waistline. At the beginning of this year I was 68kg when I started my weight loss journey. The first months I was concentrating on eating healthy, started cooking myself after eating take aways for 3 years. This already helped me to lose around 10 kg. In May I started with the 2 week abs challenge and did the 4 week transform challenge as well. This really helped me getting into a routine of exercising: the schedules really gave me a sense of accomplishment and Emi's words are very motivating and encouraging. Now I'm at 52 kg, being in the best shape of my life. I've started going back to the gym again three times a week and still do Emi's cardio/core/ab workouts when I'm not going to the gym. Thank you very much, Emi!

I love your positivity, I love that you focus on overall health and not just slimming down for a quick fix, and I love that you show love to all the transformations, not just the "bikini body ready" ones. Did my first workout of yours today after being really inactive over the pandemic, and I'm actually excited to exercise tomorrow. I’m almost done with 4 week challenge rn. Thank you, Emi, for making me more determined and helping me to get out of the place I was in quarantine. I lost 3 kilos (which doesn’t really matter, bcs it always bounces) but I leaned up and gained muscle. Most importantly, I gained a good mindset about my body and health❤️

I followed emi’s work out for more than a year now. My diet wasn’t clean at all so I only lose like 13 pounds. Which I am ok with coz I am not a higher scale person. The super amazing thing is even I didn’t lose that much weight. I still got that sexy 11 abs lines!!! I stopped working out since the quarantine started. My abs never go away.

I already doing your work out ms. EMi for almost 2 weeks and I see the results but the problem on the 3rd week I have a sprain on my right feet that’s why I stop doing the workout but it really helps me to lower my blood pressure.

@@venusstardust1887 no worries dear.. just go with the flow. I started doing workouts (anyy type of exercises, lol) 11 months ago. I stuck to only 5-10-20 mins duration for at least 6 months, just to gradually get habitual to it. Then I increased my frequency to 45, 60 mins.. and today I normally workout for about 170 mins max. I'm not bragging about myself.. just telling that it's totally fine if you don't feel to, be comfortable, don't push yourself too much... And think about how better& stronger your body will turn out as a result!🔥😊✌️🤗

I tried one of your 15 minutes full body workouts with intermittent fasting for five days and lost 2 inches from my waist. I couldn’t continue with it because of exams but I’m so excited now that I’m done with the examination. Resuming this workout tomorrow and I’m so excited. I love your motivation through the videos thank you Emi❤️

I've only been using your workouts for a week or so (not the 30 day or 15 day comps, just different muscle targeted workouts each day) and I'm a pound and a half lighter. I feel a bit stronger (and more sore lmao) physically and I love it, I'm gonna keep at it to finally get my dream body by 2021.

021 Muskan I workout every weekdays and my rest day is sunday just one day of rest but if i don’t feel well or such i make it two days of rest day ☺️ inshort my rest day is weekends.

You know for the 4 week program the full body can you do it at 5:30am or at 6am everyday and then rest your body the whole day does it matter what time you do the workout or does it not matter
