I did the 15 ab day workout and I really loved it. You know the saying "It's not about the destination, it's about the journey." Well I enjoyed the journey and I loved my results. Although I didn't get any ab lines, I feel so much better and motivated. As a trans dude, I feel so much better and less dysphoric.

@Deonna Hensley ah I'm closeted so I don't take any medicine. I mostly do these workouts to get rid of fat in my body since I'm overweight. The developing muscles part is a bit complicated but right now I wanna focus on losing a little body fat then probably start building muscle. But that's just my body. It's different for everyone.

I'm right there with you bud! I avoided exercise for the longest time because I thought it would make me feel worse about my body. But I'm taking this time to rebuild myself (literally and metaphorically lol). I can't take any meds seeing as I am also closeted, but I've taken refuge with Emi's videos. @@smolbuns8108 this is a good reminder that I should start working out again. The problem for me are unrealistic expectations... I'm expecting to look like a man afterwards, flat chest, abs, no hips. It obviously just won't happen until I take testosterone. Still closeted as well so that might take a while... Do you (or anybody else) deal with that as well?

I just finished your 15 day flat belly workout. I was amazed by the result. I can't put in words the happiness I have in the 15th day. Emi's videos are what got me into working out ! I used to hate it (I still do tbh) and I wasn't able to do any exercise for more than 3 minutes before I would crumble to the floor and just lay there until somebody would come and pick me up, but Emi's workout are so diverse and so beginner friendly that I've actually been able to workout consistently for about 1 month and a half now, which is, like, INCREDIBLE to me! Yesterday I managed to follow her 1 hour long HIIT video, when a month ago I would struggle with the 10 minutes long ones. So thank u so much Emi! Also I started dieting something like 3 weeks ago or so (I mean cutting out overly fat food and trying to eat more proteins and less carbs) and combined to a good workout routine (more or less 5 times a week with very intense days and some less intense ones) I already lost around 3 kg (~ 6.5 lbs). I'm still a bit overweight BMI wise, but I'm getting there! So thank you so much Emi it really wouldn't have been possible without you!

I was feeling so sick today because I couldn’t see the difference in my body yet (I just started 2,5 weeks ago). I acted like a bitch to my fam but after watching it I understand that it could take even a year. I was eating so much fast food (chips, chocolates, burger - at least every week) so It’s gonna be hard to losing fat but I'm trying my best. I wrote it because maybe you guys struggle with it too. whatever, I just want to say believe in urself and believe in Emi ♡

the thing is you don't realize how easy it is stop eating junk! just start eating healthy and ignoring cravings and hunger (temporary) by working out! and after 1-2 weeks, you'd want to eat healthy. for me it worked because after i started to get used to me diet, i thought junk food and fast food was gross 😂

Nailea Matthews In the description box of her “15 Day Abs Challenge”, the links for her videos are posted. For me, I did those 2-3 videos for each day. So in a day, you’ll be able to exercise for 35-40 mins. :) I do all of them in the morning/afternoon but I don’t separate them (like 2 videos in the morning and 1 in the afternoon)... not like that :) As much as possible, I do all 2 or 3 within those 40 mins :)
