I can relate to these people a lot, I was 14 when I first started working out to one of video of yours in January . When I started I was 140 pounds meaning I was overweight and so here I am 4 months later, I am currently 15 years old and 108 pounds. Thank you so much Emi💗🥺

This is really inspiring. I've been trying to slim down for about 2 years now, but I always lose motivation and give up. This time right now is the best time to achieve my goals, but it's hard for me to eat healthy because my mom and dad cook for me. I'm watching all of these and realizing it's going to take time, but maybe by this time next year I can be happy with myself and proud that I've come all this way.

@@indigosparkle2530 Trust me its ok even if you eat 1 or 2 unhealthy meals in a week( by unhealthy I mean foods with more calories) you just have to make sure that those meals are home cooked....also if you get hungry between meals, instead of eating unhealthy snacks, try to eat fruits and never skip meals

I started two weeks ago, doing random exercises by her, and -2kg, I feel much better and stronger. Right now I'm trying to do HIIT everyday and exercises to lose weight. Hope to see the results soon, Emi you keep me motivated. (I still struggle with planks but 'no pain no gain', you can do it!)

I started doing her exercises since February and honestly I'm so happy with my progress. This is the first time in my life I've been so consistent with workouts before. I finally have reached the state where I don't feel like sucking in my stomach in public. It really works people! Be consistent! My legs are toned, arms stronger, my stomach is almooost flat. Almost there, just a lil more time! All in all, I'm super happy.

@@malihaa3662 I do abs 3 times a week. I did her 'Abs like a K Pop star in 20 days' workout (it's 15 min I did it twice a session as she recommended) and would add her other 10 min ab workouts to my session so that I did about 40 minutes or so. (I recommend doing alot of her lower ab exercises because the K pop ab workout personally doesn't focus on that area for me) The other days I focus on arms, legs and full body. Emi has a '30 best arm exercises' video that's good, and I again I stack up videos till I'm least 40 minutes of exercise. For arms I like to end with her Standing arms workout because by the time you do the other workouts you really feel the burn in that one. Legs, she has a couple inner and outer thighs vids. Her lastest video focusing on inner thighs works great. Plus any of the 15 min thigh workouts. She has a bunch of cardio/HIIT for full body or whole 20, 30 and hour sessions. Any is fine. On my rest day sometimes I like to do the full body stretch video just to workout any kinks. Hope this helps!

@@nehasubba4327 now even I have pictures for transformation, total 6cm for arms, 4 cm for lower abs, upper abs 6cm, I start with 30mins workout full body with Emi, then upgrade into 60-90mins everyday, can choose random 10mins abs workout do it 3 set, then arms same rep, 5days a week, just follow Emi video. Rest day you can see you loose weight

I've been doing Emi's workouts for 3 weeks, doing them 5-6 times a week (mixing full body with abs, arms and a bit of legs) and I've got a flatter stomach and 11-line abs now (never thought I'll have abs lol). Thank you so much, Emi! If yall are wondering if her workouts really work, they really do. You just need to do her workouts 4-5 times a week, put in more effort and eat well-balanced meals. You'll achieve results the same as the people in this video. You just need to keep doing it for some time. Patience is key and no pain, no gain. 💪🏻 Keep going and don't give up!

@@lavanyapragna6050 for abs, I did emi's 11-line abs workout and the lower abs on the bed workout as well as any of her full body HIIT workouts (10mins and 15mins - normal to intense). For legs, it's by Holly Dolke (15min slim thighs) and for arms, I just do push-ups, shoulder-taps and various other arm workouts for 10mins (focusing more on bodyweight). For my workout routine in general, it's 10/15min of full body HIIT, followed by 10/15min abs, followed by 15min thighs and 10min arms.

Emi: Thank you for ALL, really I don't know where I was whitout you. In october of 2019, I was recovering for Bulimia Nervosa; When my tratament finish, my body gained a lot of fat (my BMI was 15, and then 18) and it makes me insecure about me. I started my journey on 1st July last year, I have to admit that I got thrown back in between quite a lot. But your personality is the one thing that kept me going. I didn't loose as much weight as many supergirls in this video but I went down from 75 to 69 kg and I'm still going to do workouts in the future. I started fitting into my old clothes, it's so comfortable to not feel the tightness of your clothes! 😊 I'm on a workout program that tells me to take the day off but I can't go without a workout today lol. Proud part of #Femily since 2017! I discovered Emi's vlogs back when it was still Stay Fit and Travel, and it was perfect back when I was preparing for my wedding in 2018. I lost all the excess weight I wanted and looked absolutely my best during my wedding day. I could not thank Emi enough! 2 weeks that I've started following you re 30 min hiit video. I did only loose 2 kg but guuuurl ! I'm starting wearing a belt for my jeans! I love what I now see in the mirror and I'm not even doing any kind of diet (but I eat quite healthy even if Friday is my guilty day lol). I started your 4 week transform, 13 days ago even it's kinda hard but I'm happy with it. I could see difference between before and after, and even it not the end of it. I truly trust your workout routines, I could see that I'm losing fat and gaining muscles, because when I started I was 55kg and now I'm always around 56/57kg, when I started the progress I was doing BTS Jimin Diet that one helps alot too.
