As a doctor who works with a system of remedies for rebalancing physiology, I advise patients to find a means of having remedies and supplements at-hand in an accessible way and a visually appealing manner... in effect... I advise them to make a place of honor for those items that support the choice they’ve made to build their lives to a healthier level. Don’t hide them... respect them because they honor a life choice. Thank you for sharing the avenue that you created for respectful storage and display.

About the hooks you are keeping.... when we first moved into our new home I ordered new shower curtains. They came with plastic hangers, that are a little different shape than regular round ones ( more of a tear drop shape) and I wasn't going to use them, as i already had chosen much nicer ones to use. But something told me to keep them. So I did, in my file drawer where we keep all kinds of office supplies, rubber bands, push pins, pens, scissors, etc. Last years I got beautiful new white Christmas wreaths that I wanted to hang on our living room windows, but wasn't sure how to hang them on the curtain rod. Then I remembered those funny little plastic hangers, and they worked perfectly !! I'm glad I listened to that little voice, Now I will use them on those wreaths for many years to come. tfs 🥰❄☃☔🏜💗✝🔆

My favorite part of this whole video was watching how you processed and talked through the hook consideration. The almost two minutes of consideration was loving and kind reasoning with yourself.

Hi! I work as a nurse with elderly patients. We usually put pills in a weekly pill dispenser with weekdays and time of day written on the dispenser. Then you can store pill boxes out of sight and only have to open them once a week to prepare next week

I have sort of the same issue but these are prescriptions. They say not to store them in the bathroom but where. I have them in a clear box just sitting. We do use those pill minders where you put the entire week in one container and that works the best. Thanks for the ideas.

Thank you for this idea. I use a large lazy Susan type container for my supplements and daily meds that we take. It’s very functional and easy to use but I hate things on my countertops so this is an ideal solution. I can move the lazy Susan thing to inside my pantry to hold other items like pasta or baking items and it’ll be out of sight, which I love. I placed my order this morning and it’ll be here Tuesday. I’m excited. Thanks again.

Those are really nice shelves, they look good and sturdy. Ikea has an inexpensive spice rack, wood that can be painted to match your room/style, 15 1/2 " long - $4.99. Another option if you need to relocate them from that area.

🤣 Høhøhø I love the hiding spiderman idea. The magnetic shelfes are nice and yournew organisation of supplements is looking good. I have a small transparent box with 7 subdivisions for each day of the week. I fill it each sunday with the supplements and medication I need to take each day for 1 week ahead. By this I avoid the visual clutter of larger supplement containers at my counter top 🙃 and I know that I have taken it that day, because I would forget sometimes.

We store our supplements in a clear tote stored in a cool dark cupboard. Every two weeks we put them in a two week pill organizer that is stored with the teas and coffee. Out of sight but easy to see to take them daily. We start the day with tea or coffee so this integrates supplements into the morning routine.

I found a weekly container with huge capacity. If I have to open all those bottles every day, I won't take them. I actually pack three weeks at a time. I have smaller weekly for things I take first thing in the morning, and at bedtime.The extra 2 weeks and the original bottles sit in a sterlite box container that sits on my bedroom short bookshelf. I keep the big weekly under my desk and every night I put the supplements for the next day in a little custard dish on my desk and take them throughout the morning. The smaller weekly strips for morning and evening I keep on my nightstand so I see them and remember to take them.

Out of site out of mind, a big sheet of plywood and strong rubber bands to individually hang each bottle. And a roller blind to cover it over, so kids don’t play with the pills. Hung up out of the way. In effect a cupboard for them. Preferably with a lock. 🔐

I am so happy for you that you found a great solution for your supplements 🎉 and I love the way you approach all kinds of "clutter-problems" in your home !!! ... but, can you tell me one thing (that I never understood) : "Why do most American people always feel the need of having to take several artificial supplements every day besides their daily food intake????" .. In our modern world we have everything our body needs available all the time....and actually there is no need for added artificial (and surely pretty expensive) supplements ...🤔 ... I was always wondering why people would do that ... Anyway...I ALWAYS LOVE TO FOLLOW YOUR VIDEOS (watching them here in Germany), AND I AM GRATEFUL FOR SO MANY HELPFUL LIFE-CHANGING TIPS YOU SHARE WITH US !!! GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY ❣
@Nourishingminimalism2 жыл бұрын
I can only speak for myself, but these are whole food supplements, so not artificial. Unfortunately, though we have widely available food, the veggies, fruit and meat are lacking in nutrients more than ever before because of the commercial farming practices. Even the variety of veg grown is picked for its growth ability, rather than its nutrients. If we grew our own food and raised our own animals, I think we would be much better off. ❤️

I never understood people who “forget” to take their medications or vitamins. It’s always been weird to me. If I need to take something, it’s beside my bed. It’s bit that difficult
