Hi I totally love how you break down each move and repeat, from the top every time, so it becomes easier to master it. Thank you . ...pls do lots more . I found your teaching practice very beneficial for me....

Hi Miriam! This is really great to hear. My teacher showed me how to do each step from the beginner to the end before I go on and try it, so I thought maybe it would also good to show so there is no confusion on getting stuck in the air. But I was just thinking if repeating has been to redundant for viewers, so its really great to know that I should definitely keep this element moving forward. Just released a new video on aerial silks care. More coming this saturday and next week =)!

Hi, I'm thinking of putting an aerial hammock in my house, but it has a low ceiling. may I ask, how high is your ceiling?
@aerialpractice4 жыл бұрын
Nina Kass My ceiling is just the same standard apartment height (about 3M). I share how I got and installed my setup in another video, feel free to check it out. Important to consult professional before installing! Every space is different, not sure how well it will work for your ceiling

Hi beautiful! You are so gracious on your movements ♥️ I’m a beginner to aerial yoga. Last week I made a wrong move and I fell hitting my head in the concrete really hard. Thank God it wasn’t anything major. Would you tell me, what kind of mat is that? Where can I find a think mat like yours.? Ty in advance 🙏🏼🙂
@aerialpractice3 жыл бұрын
OMG Adriana, Thankful is nothing serious! I also was more careless when i started but now I never practice without a mat. I share more in this page: aerialpractice.com/bestaerialmats/ Hope this helps!

Hi how long is your aerial hammock when hung please and with a 2.8m space would you need a longer hammock please and if so what do you recommend please? 😇😂
@aerialpractice4 жыл бұрын
Hello Ellie, I have 3 sets of silks. This particular hammock is 5M. I think its perfect for the height. I did add daisy chain to make it longer to make more space in the air in the newest video on Footlock!
@ellielouise8104 жыл бұрын
aerialpractice brilliant thanks I saw that by the way so do you think that would work for a 2.8m space or would I need a longer one?

@@annabanana7354 You gave me a good idea tho! I will keep trying to see how to adjust practice in low ceiling environment, and how to adapt that back to an usual aerial setting.

Hi! I am totally in love with the way you teach the moves! I've been facing difficulties in learning to let go and trusting the hammock. For instance, in this pose, I was unable to let go of the hammock, I'm afraid of falling. Do you have any advice for that?
@aerialpractice2 жыл бұрын
Hi Lea! Happy to hear that! You mean when you do the splits? I was afraid to let go too at the beginning. thats why having good safety measures (like mats and don't use rigs you dont feel comfortable), and with a few practice you will slowly trust yourself and the hammock a lot more! When i do this now, i feel it's impossible to fall unless I want to.

Would this work on a 7foot ceiling to floor height. I’m thinking about getting one but I don’t know because my ceiling is small

Why does doing the straddle up hurt so bad for me
@aerialpractice4 жыл бұрын
It hurt REALLY bad for me too for a while. I believe training on my legs helped, try engaging the legs more and see if its better?
