Hi Adrian! I started my fitness journey back in February. I weighed 220 pounds. The gym I attend has battle ropes and I thought this video would be perfect for me. It was really hard at first because I was very overweight and out of shape. Fast forward to today, I actually haven’t done this workout for a over a month. I decided to do it today and wow, I am less tired!! Btw, I am now 179 pounds! Thanks for this video, it really helped aid in my fitness journey!

The ropes are durable and just like the ones at the gym. kzbin.infoUgkxTFxba6lNeHrZaHoY_LXe6ZzmMfaipnwu Caution: I bought the 50 feet ropes and they are long and heavy so make sure you have the space (I do have the space). If I was to do it again I would probably get a shorter version as 50 feet (25 feet each side) is a little long.

Made it through twice my first time, but needed a 5 minute break in-between. After a few weeks of doing this routine 5-6 days a week, I was able to complete the routine 5 times with only the minute of rest in-between. Now I'm down 20 lbs from where I started. And that's with taking about 6 weeks off during COVID! I appreciate it!
