Today we’re strengthening our core from our bed! You can also use a yoga mat if your mattress is too soft. Our beginner routine consists of 3 gentle low impact abs and core exercises for 20 seconds each. Starting with table top holds, bug on its back, and finishing with Pilates 100. Modify as needed and remember to engage your core by tightening up those abdominal muscles keeping your spine secure!
