after i dodge an attack, my mind just freezes and usually the second punch connects to me... i need to fix it D:
@MansoryGS6 жыл бұрын
Thats because you limit your thinking to one shot and after dodged it you get relaxed...And that system its transfered to your body as an habit...I bet after you get hit by the second punch is because you still in the same place with your feet,right?

@kurylko84936 жыл бұрын
Quick tip you dont change your hand positioning while sliping, what i mean you're left open to get punched bcoz angle is changing, unless you avoid punch 100% then theres no need to change hand positioning
@kurylko84936 жыл бұрын
congratz on golden gloves champs and others, you're right title was "beginner" agree on rules and bending the rules part but it has almost nothing to do with this talk, its like comparing to hands down defence rule is to keep hands up but the bending the rule for pros is you can keep hands down as long you control distance, and have good head movement, but telling it to beginner would be bad idea, not the same kind of argument here, if you get my point.

Yes but mma is more dangerous because you have body kicks and leg kicks you also have to worry about, but yes slipping is absolutely critical for mma, being able to slip and dodge your opponents shots is like a superpower
