Thanks for the video! Do you know if this workout will help slim down already muscular legs? I'm fit but pear shaped:(
@victorlu97863 жыл бұрын
It was similar for me as well. I have found that for me, it is much easier to make the top bigger than to make the bottom smaller, but that doesn't mean it can't be done. If you're trying to slim down in the lower half, go for low weight/resistance but high repetition (12-20 repetitions for 3 sets, 30 second rest between sets).

as a very skinny lad, is it easier to build muscle after gaining some weight?

Not necessarily. A lot of it is a combination or what you eat, how you exercise, and how your body works (although some hormones like testosterone can help build muscle).

I personally really like this workout plan, but the single leg deadlifts are very challenging to me because i cant keep my balance and im scared I will fall while doing them. How can i solve this issue?
@judithhoutman20002 жыл бұрын
Hey, I struggle with the same issue. I can't keep my balance when doing them. I just keep my chair nearby, so I can grab it when I get wobbly. I did notice practice helps gaining more balance! Even if you start out holding onto the chair throughout, you can practice leaning on it less and less :)
