Coach, thank you for this workout! I will be revisiting this as an add on as well as a stand alone. Many of the moves featured are ones that I need to improve on to get stronger. Looking forward to the advanced version!

Hi Mac Jones, I actually answered this question regarding losing love-handles in two week that you asked on another video. Here is a cut and paste of my answer from there! Hi Mac Jones, sure I've got some advice for you. First... don't set your expectation too high with regards to two weeks because it's very little time, however we can certainly see improvements in that time. You'll need to do ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: 1) Watch this video on nutrition (dieting) as love-handles are primarily an accumulation of body fat so we need to learn how to drop body fat really quickly and this video will help immensely kzbin.info/www/bejne/gavalISIYtp9aZY 2) We can "tighten" the oblique muscles (sitting under the love-handles) with the following workout kzbin.info/www/bejne/bZLQe6CwrtCgh80 3) We need to follow this workout up with a mild fat burner such as this one kzbin.info/www/bejne/oavVZYSNqtV9b8U If you get on top of these 3 points ASAP, you will see good improvements in a short period of time 👌 FYI if any trainer on YT is promising to get rid of love handles all together in just two weeks, they are either full of $h!t or they are god disguised as a mere trainer. Consider how long the love-handles took to accumulate and now reverse the process. It's more than two weeks!
