Just an idea, I would love to have two full body weight workout, one with less leg and more upper body and viceversa, like in a 70/30 ratio. For example there are days that I want to do full body workout but my legs are somehow tired (but I dont want to skip them), other days the other ways around...It could be called the 70/30 full body workout. Well, just an idea 😊
