so I have scoliosis and my sternum often hurts in handstands (or against the wall such as in this video), pushups, rows, pull-ups, bending back. My spine is crooked by 30 degrees on the top and 30 in the other direction on the bottom, and this greatly limits the mobility of my spine, so I don't know what to do to increase spine mobility so that my sternum has less stress on it. How can I get to doing handstands without pain in my sternum?

Does breathing long and deep hurt? (Also highly recommend seeing a professional in person for this)

I feel the weight fall on my fingers and wrists but for some reason I don’t naturally feel my palm side knuckles touch the floor unless let my weight fall in them.
@mazen.movement6 ай бұрын
That's okay, some people grip the ground without touching the knuckles... it's a bit more rare but as long as the weight is not 100% in the heel of the hand, that is okay

How far must my hands be from the wall?

A bit less than an arm length but doesn't have to be super accurate
