A new owner's guide to the Hyundai Ioniq electric car. If you are a new owner of a used Hyundai Ioniq Electric 28kWh or 38kWh electric car, this video will show you the basics on how to operate and use your new EV.

The best part of this car is using the regen paddles to slow the car down as you approach lights junctions etc and then putting regen back to 0 and accelerating away when the traffic allows, I hardly ever use the brake pedal

About to buy one. Really usefull video! A lot better than reading a 500+ user manual. It's quite different from driving my 2005 diesel Fiat :)

Very useful video, but the regen paddles seem to be the wrong way round ? Surely to increase regen you should pull the right paddle and to reduce regen you should pull the left paddle ? It seems counter intuitive to use the left paddle to increase regen ? Hopefully they are user programmable to correct this error ?
