I cant believe I've gone from doing a 7-8 minutes worth of skipping a day, to then 15 minutes to now just the recent couple of days doing 30 minutes a day worth of jump rope! (I obviously give myself 1 to 2 days worth of breaks in between) but I have just come so far in only around 5 weeks of jumping rope! I can also now do double unders consecutively and I can also do the boxing skip where you like kick one leg up and hop on the other! My experience with jumping rope has been extraordinary and would %110 reccomend to anyone!!! Thank you JumpRopeDudes for helping me benefit my life with jumping rope, it's now became a natural thing for me to do every second or third day to get up, and hit the rope! I must say that I am glad I found this video. It's what got me active in working out again in this pandemic, since our gyms are closed. I usually get bored from following videos, but not the ones from JRD. I've been following it for a month (every 2nd day) and starting to see results. I struggled at the beginning, but my goal is to at least jump a full minute without stopping. I'm at 30 seconds without stopping. This is such a fun workout and easy to follow. Also, I'm waiting for Crossrope to open its distribution to my country, as they temporarily disabled the Shipping during this pandemic. Once I get my Crossropes, I'll follow the other videos. Great job JRD!

First day of me jumping rope ! I didn’t realize I had forgotten how to jump rope ! 🤣 my arms have rope marks! I couldn’t last more than 5 seconds! But I didn’t give up & I actually enjoyed it!!!! Can’t wait to continue tomorrow ! 🤪 Update!! : I’m now on day 4 of jumping rope!! My first 4 days have been 30-35 min a day. (Of course not straight 30 min I do pause & take breaks) but I try to jump as much as I can in the 30-35 min. Today was my first day not smacking my arms with the rope 🤗 my rope was maybe too long for me so I just tied a knot in it to make it shorter & it worked. ❤️

This video's set has become my practice for the last 2,5 months! It's the only practice that i ve managed to stay consistent to, i find it interesting that the duration of the sets change! I have already lost 3 of my 5 persistent kilos that i wanted to lose and also, although a smoker, i cannot believe my stamina! Thank you jump rope dudes for all the motivation! I also want to say that, although the first month i jumped this program every day, i did not see results. It was easy to feel it was unfair and stop the effort, but i didn't.. It was after 2 months that the body started to adopt. and it change rapidly! So i experienced first hand, what the guys say: Dont give it up, be consistent and eventually you will see results but also you will start liking rope more and more! cheers!

OMG!! I have been jumping for ages...when I say that, I mean that I could jump for over a half hour straight without tripping or resting- thats over 5,000 jumps! I just bought the get lean set of crossropes, grabbed the half lb rope and started to do this routine. To tell you that I could not keep up is an understatement!! Who knew that a measly half lb could make such a major difference?! I had to take my own breaks in addition to the set breaks!! Hopefully, as I continue practicing with my weighted ropes, I will be able to do it without rests in between!!

Jumped rope everyday in school, as a kid with literally a length of jute rope, and loved it. Bought a CHEAP rope a few years ago, adjusted the rope to suit my height (I'm very short) and couldn't use it, I set it to the longest suitable length, even tried it slightly shorter which didn't make a difference. Tripped up more than I jumped over it. In hindsight, it was too light, unlike the thicker jute rope, it resisted rotation causing me to trip! It went under great a few times, but had to force the rotation to get it to move. Hated it, so I bought a crossrope and can't wait for it to arrive. 😁

Big thanks to JRD, I started recently to jump rope after stumbling on your channel. NOPE! If you sprained your ankle, you shouldn't be jumping. Rest, recover, heal up. Come back when you're back to 100%! We appreciate your support, can't wait to be jumping with you again soon!

@@JumpRopeDudes always, you are such great inspiration and help!... even though I am only at the level of once a week or two.... annoying burnout xD But soon I will be able to be a regular jumper \o/
