I’ve tried to start yoga before many times but never able to get past a few minutes as not able to get into required positions. This experience was totally different, completely inclusive and I know this time I’ll be able to succeed and develop with Zelinda’s utterly helpful guidance and encouragement!

I'm not a native english speaker but as I failed to find any yoga classes for bigger bodies in my language, I am very glad I find it here. Your slow and kind speaking makes it easier for me to understand and also I felt relaxed and thankful for you and your work. So thank you once again for thinking that we deserve practicing yoga too.

Thank you! I have had a really hard time finding yoga for bigger bodies. I would LOVE to see more videos of this type! I wish there were more creators on KZbin doing this. Thank you for this video.

I always thought as a large size body I'm just not capable of yoga. Today I woke up and decided to give it another go. I opened KZbin this time, instead of paying for gymondo & co and the first video I found was yours. I am so grateful! For the first time the movements almost felt natural and I never felt like this. Thank you SO much for this wholesome, inclusive and healing experience!

Oh my gosh thank you . I have been overweight since 2019. I haven’t worked out much never knowing how to do stretching and other exercises. 27 year old with severe back pain here

Hey! Ciao from Italy. Thank you for this video. I thought that as a plus size I couldn't practice yoga or anything like that. It's my second week of practice with this video. I feel more calm, more aware of my body that I'm beggining to accept. Thank youuu again

I’ve never done yoga before and I’m recovering from severe Covid so cannot do any cardio. This video was recommended to me on the Second Nature app and I really enjoyed it and can feel the benefit, thank you.

I want to become more flexible, and I am not only a larger person, I am older and have a foot prosthetic. I figure that while I cannot do some of the exercises in your videos-- for instance "flex your toes" is not an option for my left foot-- :P I can do some of them. I also noticed that while I do your exercises, I do not breathe well, (as in being mindful of that) so I feel that this will also be beneficial. Thank you so much.

I have a question. Are there any stationary bike videos for overweight beginners that you know of? This is exactly what I was looking for. Many " beginner" videos are still for fit people. As an overweight girl I still struggle with those. Anything that is made for people like me, similar to yours?

I think the forward fold was a little easier for me tonight! My hamstrings were super tight on the stretches though. That's what happens when you take some time off for the holiday 😁

I struggled a little bit with the leg stretches since i don't have a second chair, I'll need to try it on the floor next time I do it. Other then THat I really feel it, especially in my neck, tysm for making this video.

I'm a bit late to this video, but I was wondering if there's any advice for the forward fold as I'm not sure what to do with my knees! Naturally they lock back and then I lose my balance a bit. Any tips?

I would suggest letting your stance be a bit wide, purposefully bending your knees, and folding less so that your legs hopefully won't feel compelled to straighten. Here's a little more information about modifications, in case you're interested: kzbin.info/www/bejne/aKjPaJVmo5t-j9U

I tried but I couldn't follow the breathing.... it was too long between inhale and exhale for me, where I couldn't follow the breathing it kept knocking me off rhythm with the moves.
