I mean, I need to complete the portion on time, mark checking, paper correction, personal remarks, student observation, activities, their physical or mental health, exam coaching, special classes, sunday classes....so on. I know that teaching is the most responsible job. But because of the stress from the management, we are expected to do more which are not at all necessary to the students. More over, the teachers are doing the works of office bearers too, in mamy private schools which I can't digest.
