The defendant tried to act like he didn't know how to work his laptop and go outside. When he kept giving excuses about why he couldnt show the canoe, I knew then something was fishy. First, he said 'oh, I'm on my laptop. I don't know how to do that". Judge Milan asked him to turn around and look out the window and he said "oh I'm too far." He really didn't wat to go outside

I don't get the defendant at all. Does he really think that he can take the boat and keep the money? I feel like once the transaction has taken place on Craigslist, u take ur losses.
