Never mind she waited a month to get upset? I smell something fishy. Normal people don't wait a month and then decide they are upset. Furthermore, we only saw a few pieces. What about all of the other pieces? We never saw the daughters pieces. Then she is going back and forth for this lady to do the stuff over when she trusted her to do it the way she wanted it. She should have least made her pay for that defendants time. Again, no one in this post is acting like waiting a month is not normal. If you had a broke down car would you wait a month until you said something about it? And how is it right that she gets to keep the material as well as get paid. Both ladies spoke well. And the ONLY proof she had was the swim wear that she didn't like. She never tried it on or anything. And it appears to me there is a serious communication bearer when you talk so sweet an nice to a person about doing their nails and then a month later out of no where go off. But, that's normal to you????
@crimsonfirelily2 жыл бұрын
@@tawtam1 I hear you, but they were suppose to be done at the of March. They weren't partially done by the end of April. She had been fully paid at that point. She expected all of them and only had a few dirty pieces that had to be redone. Then she didn't have them all done until the end of August and they still weren't done correctly. During that time she already had to make corrections on material choices. Defendant used stuff she had not stuff she bought. The bathing suits obviously would not fit anyone with how poorly made they were. Crotch hanging so long and low and the sides cut different ĺengths. I agree her work was worth something. I look at it this way. The court pays the judgment to the Plaintiff. So the Defendant actually loses nothing and does keep the payment.

Why and the world would the defendant have shown the period-looking stained swimwear? She should have paid for a nice garment bag and suitcase to protect her clients' products. The quality of work performance was that of a beginner seamstress. It was done last minute, rushed and unfinished!

As a seamstress she threw that together. Looks like she was rushing and skipped finishing the edges. She did some stitching by hand, and used the wrong needle or had some issues with tension on her machine based on the bunching of the seams. She really dropped the ball on this one. She was very unprofessional.
@humanoidrkangel2 жыл бұрын
Holy Crap…. It looks like she did not use a ball point needle. I have minimum knowledge of sewing myself but I found out the hard way about the ball point needle that you want to use when sewing stretch fabric.. yikes..

Wow - sewing is really bad. I certainly wouldn't buy anything made like that, or wear anything made like that.

DON'T TRUST PEOPLE WITH JEALOUS AND evil VIBES. THE DEFENDANT HAD CRUEL INTENTIONS, GOD ALWAYS WARN AND WILL SHOW YOU A PERSON'S CHARACTER IN THE BEGINNING , AND WILL ALLOW YOU TO CHOOSE IF YOU STILL WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON OR NOT. WE'RE FREE WILL HUMAN BEINGS , HOWEVER YOU CAN ALWAYS ASK GOD FOR GUIDANCE AND WISDOM CONCERNING A DECISION , IT'S YOUR CHOICE!

Those swimsuits were executed horribly. The defendant said she would redo them as many times as the plaintiff wanted, but at what point is enough enough? Like ma'am swimsuits is not your thing.
