ALL property brokers and property companies that I have seen have files for anybody who signs off on paperwork. Literally, all he would need to do is grab that file. The problem is he never had the plaintiff fill out or do any paperwork so they did not start a file for him. They were probably trying to take his money and not report the income.

So the judge asks "prove to me that he was accepted in the building." he literally replies 5 seconds later with "Right, and I can do that but I don't have a file in front of me." Regarding a property broker, they should have files for every single person they deal with where they stick ALL the paperwork for that person. To find the paperwork all he would have to do is pull out that file and he would have everything he needs for court. Literally 2 seconds worth of work.
