There's just something ethereal about Bella. She's just so out of this world but yet she's also so human and relatable it's insane I can't describe it every time I watch her. There's this indescribable feeling every time she opens her mouth to speak she has my full attention and I can't look away. I love you Bella, all the best for you! ❤️

Bella has the best vibes! Despite being so famous, she still carries this honesty and vulnerability that makes her feel relatable and like she really cares for you. I’m glad she’s taken the hard path of leaving toxic environments, relationships and friends behind and finding her voice and her tribe.

This is such a refreshing conversation to hear between people who genuinely care about other people’s health/happiness/wellbeing. Educating people on the importance of health, for everyday and long term- physical and mental, it’s such an important conversation that not enough people talk about

Bella, Jen, and the Sakara girls, you spoke so much of gratitude and you realized it’s importance and role in your mental health. Little do you know that it’s part of your innate deposition that every human was given. When we feel scared, trapped, lost, and want healing, a pure heart will go to gratitude and this practice provides healing. You’ve understood that. Now, I want you to look at it from another lens. A spiritual side, after all, your spiritual health is connected to everything else yet is ignored by the secular world we live in. There is a reason being grateful and practicing gratitude heals us! I want you to lookup, “Norman Ali Khan Gratitude”, look at his lectures/lessons derived from the Arabic Quran. Norman, he of Pakistani origin but a Arabic expert who studies the Quran and derives lessons and teaches them. I think Bella will be interested since she has “Islamic” heritage in her family but I welcome all of you to search him up. I really enjoy his teaching style, he can really connect to the youth of our time. Hope you can forward this comment to them, take care!

I love this conversation specially the ritual part. Honestly, I hope everyone find a way to connect with themselves, and dive gracefully within themselves. I believe having peaceful rituals helps a lot. In my case I am a Muslim and thankfully my religion help me in every way to connect with myself and allow my soule to just be. Because I started reading Quran carefully and understanding what’s in it. Which helped me in how to handle myself, the people, and Society around me and understand myself in a better way. For example, in the physical part my religion forbidden drinking alcohol and encouraged playing sports like riding horses and swimming and that helped me a lot phisaclly and mentally. Specially knowing that I have faith in something, because there is lots of times that I feel completely alone no one understand me even though I have so many loved ones around me, but knowing that there is a superior who is in my case my God who hears me understand what I am going threw and always forgiving as long as I go back to Allah, helps me a lot like there’s lots of times that I go pray and cry , afterwords I feel so much better and so much more confident in me. honestly I hope everyone find a way to connect with them selves🙏🏼🦋💕.

Thanks for this. The book Bella is talking abut, did I hear right the title is: 'The artists way'?
@MaryJOliveTree Жыл бұрын
You did, it is The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron. Most people that follow her book claim it is life changing. One of the main practices she endorses are morning pages. This book just showed up in my recommendations again and I remembered this podcast, so i had to come back to it, this time I may actually dive into it. Thank you for writing the name in the comments 😊 For anyone looking too Bella talks about it at 42:40.

kinda hated that part where they made it seem like it was terrible to eat some chocolate
@twinklefairykitty2869 Жыл бұрын
I think you missed the point. They didn't say it was terrible to eat chocolate they were saying that don't wait until you do something good or achieve to reward yourself. Like if I keep telling myself I'm forbidden to feel good until I finish XYZ then that's not going to be helpful for my life in the long run. Sure I might feel good temporarily after the "reward" but in the long run it gave me this mindset of "I deserve chocolate only because i've been eating greens all week" It's like you shouldn't have to "deserve" it it's your life you take control of it and it's better to focus on the overall picture, that by simply existing you have a right to indulge. It's more of the mindset and perspective.

That and you can eat cacao powder and it's an antioxidant rich super food with caffeine too and it's 180 calories per cup and you can blend that with a frozen banana and basically have a flavor rich plant based ice cream anytime
