Mystogan84​ the list of exercises is mentioned in the description of the video hope this helps keep practicing and workhard don't give up ul get excellent results... Continue this routine everyday for 4 weeks u will see ur results.... We perform these exercises everyday and that is how we remember it... stay tuned and please like and subscribe ☺

Hey thank you for you answer ! I'm already subscribed , how much time did u begin the calisthenics ? What did u eat ? Did u eat a lot ? And btw where are you from ? this place is nice x)

we are being doing calisthenics from 2 years and we eat our regular carbs proteins no strict diet as such just cut down on junk food to once a week, there is no need to eat alot ....we are from India bangalore ...thanks for subscribing =)

+Rafio urbane Rijoy Yes you can!!!!!!!! Takes only 5 mins and we too do it regularly if u feel tired take rest between the exercises but if u want real fast results try to do this workout everyday preferable in the mornings when u fell fresh !!!!!!!
