One of the most poignant episodes from Ben Casey. The verse that the little girl recites throughout this episode I still find to this day moving and leaves me in tears as I think about the cry for help she was making. I've been looking for this episode for several years. I'd very much like to see it again.

A great scene from one of my favorite television series from my childhood. When they say they don't make'em like that any more they are referring to quality television series like BEN CASEY.

I saw this episode back in 63, it scared the hell out of me, gave me nightmares, especially when they showed a boy with scars on his back, oh yea, I was five years old at the time.

CBS Paramount now own the rights so all the full episodes got axed.

I remember the shows. My parents preferred the tamer Dr. Kildare series. Me too. I was just a kid, so the integrity of the tough subject matter went over my head. Anyway, I would think that it could be marketed now.

The woman on the right at 0:25 is Jacquelline Scott who played Dr. Richard Kimble's sister Donna in the "Fugitive" TV series.
