Thanks Ben, I seem to get a lot of pain in my elbows when I do concentration curls for instance which makes it difficult to squeeze...any tips to avoid this?

Ben what exercises would replicate what a fully shortened and fully lengthen lat be ?

ben, does this example also count for pullups, lat pullsdowns and rows? if you stretch all the way (maybe even let the shoulders drift out of their sockets for that "maximum stretch") does it release tension as well?
