I was never interested in politics until I heard him speak. I have never been in more in awe of someone's ability to get to the core of the matter. He truly is inspiring. I love how he is always 5 steps ahead of anyone. I now realize the importance of being able to debate someone!

Likewise. I used to be totally apathetic toward politics, but then I saw a few Jordan Peterson videos and then decided to click on this infamous looking Ben Shapiro character. And it's just been me getting educated as fuck since then. I'm 26 and have only voted once during a presidential election, and that was for Bernie in the primaries in 2016. But wow I really had no idea what I was doing... I was uninformed, but I'm not an idiot. And after becoming informed, I'm totally voting for Ben in 2024.

@@OnionYeeter Yeah, it was weird. I was just in the Legoland store with my kids and wife. I saw him walk by and was like... is that Shapiro?? So I said ,Shapiro?, and he just turned around and we talked for a bit. My phone was dead so I don't have a picture which is really sad but I have the memory and that's pretty dang cool to me. I should have purchased a disposable camera or something but I didn't think about it at the time.

He always seems to bring up his wife in his speeches. He sounds so proud to talk about how his wife is doctor! Edit: this was two years ago and it wasn’t a shade thing. I literally said, “he sounds so proud to talk about how his wife is a doctor.” How was that taken as a negative thing? I was literally praising him for being proud of his wife and how he literally brings it up in almost all of his speeches! Damn you guys like to take everything as a negative! How about you check yourselves and your mental health if you can read about a man being proud of his wife as somehow a negative jab at him! Damn

the best way to argue leftists is to tell them you are a leftist (even when you are not) then continue to discuss , persuad , and argue with canservitive , or right wing logic. It seriously works 99% of the time. The liberals dont even realize it. Half of the liberals arguing on the internet cant even distinguish between left and right wing policy because they are just simply vertue signaling.

Dalton Michaels This. Recently saw Will Witts go around in California and ask people if they liked Donal Trump’s tax plan. They said no. Will then explained to them what the tax plan, except he told them that it was Bernie Sanders’ plan. They said it was great, agreed with every part of it. Naturally, they were surprised when he switched it and said that that was Trump’s tax plan from the get-go. Seriously, partisan over fact nowadays.

I worked for an insurance company for 28 years. I held various positions in policy service, administrative and financial services. My last position was Director of Planning-Corporate Facilities. I was one step below an executive position. One fine day, I was called into my bosses office and was advised that my position was being eliminated. The work wasn't going away only my job was. At the time, it was the 2nd largest property/casualty in the USA so there was no shortage of money. I was 58 years old at the time. I found that there were several other people at my level, in various other departments, who were being treated in the same way. The main commonalities were our age and relatively high salaries. We were not contract employees which meant that we were, "employees at will". We were all given 60 days to find another position within the company or be terminated. This was a company that had promised a career to us when we were young and were stupid enough to believe it. Try getting a decent paying job when you are 58 years old. My reason for writing this is to warn young management employees against being loyal to a company because they have no loyalty to you. Keep your resume up to date at all times and seek advancement wherever an opportunity is offered. Do the best work you can wherever you are employed but be loyal to yourself not to any company.

Around 40:00 I think Mr. Shapiro could do with some +Acts17Apologetics. I don't think every Muslim is a terrorist, and I would say that most living (especially if born and raised) in Western countries are well-meaning people...but the simple fact of the matter is that Islam _is_ bad. It's not a matter of "interpretations" so much as it is one of simply reading it all in chronological order (most people don't know it's typically arranged in length of surah), in context, and with a knowledge of the practice of abrogation (that if chronologically later passages conflict with earlier ones, the latter ones _supersede_ those that came before). When read in _that_ light, it becomes clear that Islam--the entire religion itself--was nothing more than a pedophile warmonger justifying his heinous crimes with a false religion, supposedly under the guidance of his false god (which he initially thought was a _demon_ ...and might actually have been the case). Maybe Ben hasn't studied it too much, but he _should,_ *especially* given how they are _commanded_ to treat Jews... Oh, and about the "violent verses" in the Old Testament/Torah, etc...that's primarily _history._ Neither Jews _nor_ Christians are _commanded_ by God through the Torah or Bible to _continue_ in that vein, or to fight _physically_ in God's name. Saying that there's a "lot of violence" in the Old Testament is pretty much akin to complaining that there's a "lot of violence" in a history book on World War I; it's just silly, and it plays into the left's anti-God narrative; I wish conservatives would stop conceding a point that we haven't even _lost._ Conversely, Muslims are _commanded_ to emulate the "best of all men," Muhammad, who married a 6yo girl, consummated it when she was _9_ (so a pedophile), had people _killed_ for "blaspheming" (saying _anything_ against) Islam, Muhammad, or Allah, and so on and so forth. Oh, wait: that's what they _are_ doing. If the _devout_ Muslims who follow the quran/hadith/etc. have a "reformation," that will require them to go _back_ to following Muhammad's ways...of playing the victim to gain favor, silencing dissenters and critics once they have enough support, and raping, pillaging, and _murdering_ once they're in power. Just sayin'...

This was great, and my favorite part perhaps, and I am not making fun of the of the person who asked the question, but he was stumbling nervously, as I would have been for sure, and his shirt said, "I do words good". That's just natural comedy of life haha I love moments like that. Great Q&A :)

Sir, THAT is EXACTLY the things these politicians should say. If you are poor, chances are you have made some decisions in the past that might not have been the most beneficial to the betterment to one's quality of life. The old saying is "You chose your bed, now you lay on it." If you dropped out of school, exempting tragic incidents, then you can't complain if you don't get the job that requires you to have a basic diploma or equivelent or a degree from college.

I love when he talks about how percentages work when on the subject of taxes. Can someone please explain to those in the restaurant industry the same concept. 10% was once a fair tip not too long ago and 15% was a compliment. Now waitresses are demanding 20% for poor service and upwards of 40% for good service. Their reasoning being the rise in food costs. The rise in food costs increases your tip while remaining at 10%! The percentage has no reason to change. Even the payment machines will offer the lowest percent at 18% at most places without a custom option to be seen. My family has deterred from dining at restaurants due to the stigma of an expected higher percentage tip for negligent services. Someone, please speak on how math works to these arrogant and greedy servers.

I have a really important note on the rising cost of college that Ben didn't reference. Eliminating or reducing subsidies wouldn't be the only solution. A bigger problem is that the majority of cost in college have nothing to do with instruction. I have a graduate degree in counseling, emphasized in higher education, and a great problem is student demand for services and competition between universities. The truth is students don't choose to go to the college that is most affordable. In reality student demand drives up the cost for college because each university is competing for the same students. So if State University builds a brand new fitness center, the University of State has to do the same thing. I've been working full time in college administration for 6 years, been at a private university, a community college, and now a state 4 year. I can literally tell anyone how to get their education for free. However the student has to make the choice to go somewhere more affordable that has less to offer. So another solution would for students to demand lower prices and choose to go to schools that are cheaper. It would drive the market so colleges would have to make appropriate cuts down to essentials. Getting rid of subsidies could do some of that, but it wouldn't completely fix it until student demand changes.

Shapiro for President! Ben Shapiro, how about a trip across the Atlantic to Ireland, a country that has lost its way in a sea of socialism/snowflakeism. Ireland needs a Ben Shapiro.
