I love this share, the mind and the body aren’t always aligned…and I think the body is calling the shots

Yeah it can certainly be like that at times

By elbow pain, I assume it was your tendons? If that's the case, how do you avoid tendon issues like this? I recently had to stop arm work for 2 solid months to fully recover. I couldn't even de-load because I'd assess at a much lower/half the weight with one set and it kept me from recovering.

Hard to say but I am almost back to normal. When I add things into the program it's just 2 sets - done hard. That way I know what has done the damage

Probably that hard lock out and hold on the pull overs. I've recently started programming DB POs again. When the bell reaches near overhead that's the end of the rep.

Yeah could be. Definitely going to drop the weight and slowly bring it up

@@LairdRoss The elbows and tris are the weak link for sure. I keep the weight moderate and work the stretch and ribcage expansion aspects as the main focus.

Any tips on bicep pain when picking up stones, trying to not use them much at all, focusing on gripping and hugging the stone but it’s still bothering them

What would you recommend if my bench and incline bench always goes up then goes down in terms of performance is their a way to fix this is it a recovery issue?
@LairdRoss3 ай бұрын
What do you mean by going up then dropping? What is the time frame
@sebastianottey43583 ай бұрын
@@LairdRoss it’s sometime every other session but I don’t get the problem and I’m still relatively new and like for example I’ve been at a 155 incline bench for 2 months and my reps have barely gone up same for regular bench but everything else goes up pretty smoothly
@LairdRoss3 ай бұрын
@sebastianottey4358 it will have a fair bit to do with your program and what you have done the day before
