Double Salute to you and Big Rob. Hey Mike Rashid you helped and motivated me to go from being able to bench 135lbs for 30reps to 225lbs for 12reps. I also did 275lbs for 3 reps on Monday. That’s the heaviest amount of weight I tried to bench so far. My goal is to be able to bench 305 for at least 10reps. I appreciate you and your videos. 💯💪🏾

I been using bands on bench too and game changer. We gotta hammer strength bench I pull in the power rack and use bands on the 25°and 35° INCLINE(2nd and 3rd notch) pump for days!

Hey beginners or anyone who can’t get their bench up. Get off that 3 sets 10-12 reps, it’s not going to work. You got to do volume. Do like 7-10 sets with a heavy enough weight where u can feel it usually like 7-10 reps l. After like 5 sets u will feel your chest working . It usually takes me like 40 min but your gains will be great. Just thought I share. Mike keep that shit pushing .
