Dates are a good source of various vitamins and minerals, energy, and fiber. The fruit of the date palm is one of the most abundant fruits in the world. When I was a kid, I loved dates. The moment I found out that sugar was damaging to my diabetes, I stopped eating them. then I studied and read and heard via KZbin the many things dates can help with. I began eating them. also, I put them in my oatmeal and cream of wheat. by putting it in my liquid and turning it into pase.

Dates goes well with sharp cheddar cheese. I usually have 2-3 with a small piece of cheese in the morning with a cup of black tea with milk but no sugar. I like sweets with my tea so natural sweets from dates are much better than pastries. It's very filling.

I thought so at first, but you can add lemon juice to them. Put them in a container and add water also, let them soak in, then enjoy 3 or one a day. ✨👍🏻
